JewelMint

Miss Kate Bosworth has great style, so it shouldn't be any surprise that she has teamed up with her celebrity stylist pal, Cher Coulter to create JewelMint, a new website filled with exclusively designed jewelry all for the very reasonable $29.99! Just sign up and take a style quiz to see what the team has picked for you.

Here's some picks from my "showroom"

DIY before & after

I am such a fan of The Glamourai's Kelly Framel. She has impeccable style, makes fabulously funky jewelry, and is one of Coach's fab guest bloggers. My admiration grew the second I saw these DIY before & after shots she posted.

This is perfect for her dog Bunny.

Just a little paint can make a world of difference.

Party time

Does anyone need a date to any holiday parties? I found some very sweet dresses that make me want to plan my very own holiday shindig just so I'll have an extra excuse to buy one of these pretties. Hehe...

A big bow and shimmer? Yes, please.

Shoe clips

I think shoe clips are pretty rad and am surprised I don't have more in my arsenal of accessories. My grandma gave me some lovely ones but most recently I've found a few that would be so nice in sprucing up some of my old pumps and flats up with that I thought I'd share.

ban.do just added shoe clips!

Fashiontoast x Dannijo

One of my favorite style bloggers, Rumi has teamed with the awesome jewelry duo of Dannijo for an exclusive collection. Of course my favorite is the Trinity Ear Cuff because I've been in search of a ear cuff for a while now. Such a random thing I know but I've been on the hunt ever since seeing this.

Check out the rest of the collection available on tobi.com.

Illustrating fashion

Fashion Illustration has always been a talent that I've long admired. The translation of a garment by illustration is not only visually stunning but utterly unique from the artist's perspective.  I thought I would share with you some of my favorite fashion illustrators who are magnificent and awe-inspiring.
Ruben Toledo - you've might have seen his work from the old Nordstrom ads.

Gladys Perint Palmer - (she was actually one of my teachers at the Academy of Art University)

Tanya Ling

David Downton - I love the drawing of Dita Von Teese (3rd down)

Denimland

Gap, is that you?! I almost didn't recognize you. Well, this is awkward.... How have things been? You look great. Birds printed on the cuff, long zipper on the back of your skinny, and jumping on the jegging bandwagon?... Someone has been doing their research. I may have to come visit you in the near future and catch up like old times.

Bow & Arrow

Yesterday I got the new Anthropologie catalog in the mail and fell head over heels (literally) for the Anticipation "bow" heels! Adding a bow to my outfit always makes me feel a little extra girly.
