Sharon Liese is no stranger to making "reality" television. She filmed her daughter's friends throughout their 4 years at Blue Valley Northwest High School that played on WE tv called "High School Confidential". Well, she is at it again but this time she wants to show everyone that Kansas is just as fashionable as the coasts by filming Matt and Emily Baldwin in their day-to-day life at home and with their optimum boutique Standard Style. The TV project called “Flyover Fashion" — "is to show the world that people like them can succeed at tastemaking away from the coasts." (via Kansascity.com)
I'm interested to see if it gets picked up... we may see KC on the tele once more... Check out the full article here.

We headed to Lake Lotawana to celebrate Sally's (Nater's mom) birthday last night. Luckily Nater and I left with plenty of time to get lost and still be the first to arrive... I think a first for him. We had a fabulous evening and the food was Mmm - deeeelish!
- interesting platform heels - Cat eye sunglasses - Tie-dye scarves - Chains, Chains, Chains... On shoes and on wrists like Zoe Chicco's bracelet above. - Sheer Coral or Deep Plum cheek and lip stain by Stila. - anything LOVE related - Bows! My Target bow ring is my fav.
Soooo excited to see this movie and now more so since my sister just got a sneak-peek at Hot Tub Time Machine and texted me to a) rub it in my face and b) tell me that it is one of the funniest movies she's seen in awhile. That's saying something since we nicknamed her Picky Paula behind her back but don’t tell her that cause she’ll get all mad and then when she confronts me about it I’ll have to explain that we really didn’t and when she turns around I’ll shake my head to let everyone know that in fact we did name her Picky Paula. So shhhh… don’t tell. Love you Ris. ;-)
